Chronic Cooking with Craig Ex: Recipe #7 – Creamy Kale Smoothie

Everywhere you go, there’s a smoothie bar, or someone sipping on a protein shake. They’re cool and all, and I like one for something quick when you’re on the go. But… theirs don’t have weed in them, like this one does.

This could not be any simpler really…

  • Chop 1 cup of kale, coarsely, removing most of the stem and put it in a blender.
  • Add 1 and ½ cups of frozen pineapple chunks, ½ cup of plain fat free Greek yogurt, ½ cup of low fat milk, and 1 tablespoon of infused honey… and blend until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  • On a side note… you could also substitute frozen mango chunks and/or infused maple syrup, or even infused tincture drops too if you’d rather.
  • After that, pour it into a tall glass and dink it… and that’s it… straw’s of course, are optional.
Ingredients:

1 cup coarsely chopped kale

1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yoghurt

1/2 cup fat-free milk

1 tablespoon infused honey

Directions:

In a blender, combine kale, pineapple, yogurt, milk and honey, and blend until mixture is smooth and frothy. Pour into one tall glass.
